Alhamdulillah, dah 36weeks... lepas ni kalo baby nak kua anytime je mama dah x kisah. hehe... cewah! x kisah la sgt... baby dah cukup fizikal n mental at this moment. tp mama only give u a green light once u dah 38weeks ye sayang...
last weekend I went to Antenatal clas, even x compulsory to attend for mummy-2-be n most of the info we can browsing from intenet, ask gynea, read pregnancy book/magazine, but if u hv some free time to join, y not? at least u can learn n gain knowledge from the expert rite. im totally happy n seronok plak during the clas coz selain dpt info I can direct query to the specialist whats good n bad, do n donts.
here Im going to share only about one of the presentation, which I think it was important. hehe...
DELIVERY without pain with EPIDURAL - you still can feel the pain, but very little. Tapi, I still havent decided on epidurial yet but most probably I will try not to take it. If at early contraction dah tak tahan then I'll kot.
how is it given? fine plastic or tube will be inserted n place in the epidural space close to the spinal cord at ur back. then a drug will be injected thru it for pain relief n the dose can be adjusted accordingly to patients level of pain.
for those might hv no idea how to join the antenal clas, u can check with the nearest hospital or the hospital that u plan to deliver. for Gov hospital the clas if not mistaken only on weekdays. the fees from rm80-100 per couple n some hospital even free (well, kalo u dah registered nak deliver kt situ la)...

dear,try to avoid using epidural..not good for long term...skang maybe u lega and rasa tak sakit but once u getting older, it will cause u back pain ;)
thats y, i heard that. yuyu besalin normal ye for both?
alhamdulillah...yup!:D dedua normal and try not to use water drip. akan rasa lagi sakit...
