Dengue fever!

Syukur.. alhamdulillah mr fiance dah sihat dari dengue. nasib baik dapat tahu awal so dapat la prevent dengan minum  banyak 100plus, mineral water (if kena dengue selera makan takde so harus minum air dengan banyak). guava juice baik untuk sore throat waktu demam. hirup sup ketam untuk increase platelets.
